I would agree, but we're puzzled. No config changes were made to our equipment, so we're trying to find out what changed. My personal suspicion is that something slightly, slightly broke during the power cycling, and during our investigation of it, found this change to Vista that's making a difference to people even if they're not playing against the affected equipment.
We are changing how our UDP traffic works in 1.2, potentially it'll get better without this change. But as I read more, I find more and more problems it solves. Heck, it even helps with Windows Messenger problems, for goodness sake!
