I completely grok.

I do understand your point. As far as the moderators are concerned, we try to make sure the Community Guidelines are being followed as best as we can. The GM and CSR teams work all the support tickets. If you have ticket numbers of issues, I can gladly forward them on, but we do not access the support system itself.

In this, Undrsiege is absolutely correct.

The truth is important. Anyone who has ever dealt with me knows that I hold truth in the highest regard, and I am not asking you to deny the facts nor conceal them. But I am asking you to move past them for the good of the nation.

We will not bring unity by calling anyone out on their mistakes. Period. It will sow dissension and deepen the divide, which cannot help.

I suppose what I am asking for is for everyone to apologize, to forgive, and to rethink this again, and be committed to working it out. We have to try.
Best post all week.

+500 Dani points.

We have and as far as I am aware have also gotten 0 response.

So what's the next step when we're not getting answers? Many of us are thinking the next step is talking with our dollars. Might you suggest something between "stonewalled" and "quitting the game"?
I suppose you'd all have to agree to leave aside the Bad Stuff(TM) which gets threads locked/removed and work together.

Or not call people out. This tends to lead up to the troubles.

1 in thread Open Sea Spawn Revision feedback [Discuss: PvP and Conquest]
Now that you've had a chance to play with it, what do you think of the Open Sea spawn revisions? Are there any ports that are still excessively difficult to attack or defend? I'm looking at Turtling Bay already, the unique geography of that region causes some problems. Is there anywhere else I should specifically be focusing on?

The best thing to do is if people have issues or concerns, is to bring them up properly and constructively. You can make suggestions or open up discussions in in "Community Suggestions", "Discuss: PvP & Conquest" or even ask a question at "Ask an FLS Developer". Of course, the downside to that is that you'll get everyone's opinion whether you want to hear it or not.

If folks could stick to constructive criticisms, then it would really really really help them see what the actual issues are rather than the pages and pages of in-fighting.

Of course, you can always file a support ticket.

Hope that helps.

1 in thread Port defense mission: 1 Poit Unrest ? [Discuss: PvP and Conquest]
It's not a bug, but a short term solution to the problem of people using these missions to spike unrest at a port. We're working on a longer term solution that will allow those missions to generate significantly more unrest, though perhaps not directly.

1 in thread Reinstalling [Sony Station accounts]
When you buy the game, you'll just plug the activation key you get into the box into your current station account you used to play the trial. You can just go to your account and you'll see a thing called "Enter Activation Key" or something similar. Plug it in and you just have to patch your current install.
