Friends, I know this is a frustrating situation, I would be more than a bit unhappy if I were in your shoes. However, when I shared with you that we are working on the issues, I meant it.
No one is losing their character data, and everyone will be able to transfer their character just as soon as we remedy the problem that caused this glitch.
Those of you that have submitted tickets should have recieved an update on the situation, if you did not, then I need you to let me know personally.
I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and I will keep you updated as we know more.
