Second, we're watching everything pretty closely and we're working on testing the serverdir fix right now.
Third, thank you Alex for the kind comments about the design, and yes, we are listening and taking action. Today's problems aren't the servers overloading, it's the master process that monitors all the servers.
Fourth, when there's a problem, and we're on it, please be assured that we treat these issues with the utmost importance. We have the majority of our technical staff working on these issues right now, and will continue to do so until it's resolved.
