Ok, the update has been tested and deployed, and it looks like we're in better shape. Again, we're sorry for the downtime and frustration that this has caused.

You could post on your Server forum to see if anyone on it is a flag/sail maker. I know that there's a good amount of folks who make lots of flags and even will do custom jobs.

And it's deployed. We'll be watching it to make sure it's fixed the issues. Sorry for the trouble!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Apparently a lot of people did the same thing, and we had a huge influx of players today that overloaded one of our processes. We have a fix for it that's currently being tested, so we'll hopefully have it fixed for you soon.

It's actually a combined process (because they do billing). We handle what you would traditionally think of as login servers.

For your first problem, it's relatively new, and we're fixing it right now.

For the second problem, are you personally seeing this a lot? We haven't seen widespread reports of this.

For the third, similar to the second. The vast majority of our users are playing lag free. If you're hitting lag, there may be a problem with your setup, or something we can tweak on the IP routing to better help you. In either case, please file a support ticket, and we'll try and figure out what's going on.
