We don't treat these as minor issues, and I'm horrifiied if that's how we're coming across. Every time someone gives us money, and can't play the game, or has a bad experience, well, it just makes you die a little inside. We have a responsibility to anybody who gives us money to give them value for that money, and we're not going to stop working until we deliver on that responsibility. Just keep in mind that MMOs are huge enterprises, and will have some issues at launch even under the best of conditions.
And to be clear, of course I'm sorry that you're having these problems. It's our responsibility, and we're working hard to get it taken care of asap.
