Posting on the forum is a great way to get help from the community but does not garuntee that you will get support from Flying Lab.

The problem and answer that you are looking for may already be posted. Chances are even better than there are multiple posts about the same issue. One or more of those posts may contain a working solution or troubleshooting help and inevitably end up getting buried under the influx of new posts.
