Attached. You seem to be correct that it doesn't show up in French. I'll log a bug report w/ SOE if we haven't already. In the meantime, if you change Language to English, you should see it. Once you've got it installed, you can create an icon for the Testbed launcher and put the normal one back to French.

I'm not 100% sure what you just said. You see only FLS working because we try to make the fact that there are actually multiple companies involved in the process as seemless to you as possible.

We don't have GMs in-game 24x7 because there are too many servers and players and not enough GMs. If you need help, file a ticket (feel free to use your native language if it's French, Spanish, or German) and, if a GM needs to meet you in game to help you, they'll let you know. They may be able to help you w/o you having to be in game.

Regarding patch notes, I don't handle those, and for the serverside fixes we often don't have patch notes, since they tend to be minor tweaks for the most part, and exploit fixes occasionally, which of course we tend not to publicize

Ah, but I don't think the customer is getting less. Let me give you an example from the movies. Compare Evil Dead to a James Bond film. The former is a shoe string production that doesn't have 1/10th the polish of a big budget Bond film. But the fact is, it's a different experience, and it's really cool as it is. Personally speaking, I'm willing to pay MORE for unique, varied experiences apart from the usual fare. I spend that money often by importing foreign films, or collecting old, cool games, and so on.

I hate it when people make reviews of games by assigning scores to sound, graphics, gameplay, story, etc., and then average them together. A game's value cannot be derived from the average of its elements, it's a complete experience that has to be evaluated as a whole.

We keep adding new people every day, and we're watching the concurrency of the servers go up. So it's a little too early with the wrong trend to talk about merges.

this is not the upgrade to the testbed version, it's a serverside fix. All servers will be down at the same time, no rolling restarts. One should plan on servers being unavailable for the entire maintenance window.
