I see two versions of that flag that you have submitted. One was rejected for aliasing issues on 4/14/2008, long before UC 2.0 went live.
The other was approved on 4/21/2008 -- again, before UC 2.0 went live.
I do not see a third version having been submitted, much less sent back for more work

Double check both your forum profile (the User CP near the top left corner of any forum page) and your Sony Station Account to ensure the email address(es) we have on file for you are correct. If they are, check your spam filters on the odd chance that you're not receiving emails from
www.burningsea.com. Otherwise, please file a
support request to help troubleshoot why you're not receiving an email. If you need help understanding our
2D User Content Guidelines, start a new thread in which to preview your flags and sails and receive feedback.
As always, if anyone feels their content has been unfairly sent back for more work -- whatever the reason -- we have a
User Content Appeals process in which the entire 2D Steering Committee participates.
FLS has been keeping a close eye on the content sent back to users, and so far we're quite happy with what's being sent back automatically. We've received no appeals resulting from this level of feedback, and from everything I've seen, what's being sent back fails to meet some or most of our 2D Guidelines. That in turn helps content that is appropriate for the game get approved quickly -- in under a week's time.
My suggestion for anyone having difficulty getting content into the game: Make use of your community resources right here in the forum. We have lots of friendly, helpful people hanging around here in addition to the 2D Steering Committee. Listen to the advice and critiques you receive -- it's rather consistently helpful and spot-on. If you do, you'll soon be making good user content that gets into the game on the first try.
