Yeah, your search netted the same information that my search did. I'm a simple man who is easily confused, but doesn't it appear that Rusty's comments and clarifications on the importance of our forums suggest exactly the opposite of what has been communicated by posters to this thread?

I'm certainly happy to ask Rusty to clarify some more if need be. Forums are important to us, communication is important to us- that position has never changed in the years I've been here.

Are we late responding to some threads? Certainly- there are a lot of things going on here at FLS. That doesn't mean we aren't still madly in love with our customers, honest.

Duke- I like the way you think. I'm going to start knocking on people's doors today for just this kind of thing. Would an overview of Build 1.5 tasks work for you? That might actually be more than five items- certainly more than one Devlog

Yes, it's possible there are bugs aside from the ones that have been fixed.

This was a bug. The martial law timer wasn't reset everywhere it needed to be. The fix is up on testbed now and will go live with 1.4.

We had some problems with the service that resulted in people getting stuck in a partly transferred state. They didn't lose anything and the GMs were able to unstick them, but we didn't want a bunch more people stuck. So we turned off the transfers while we tracked down the problem.

The problem has been fixed now and character transfers are back online.

Correct. Note that Sailmasters and Carpenters work like skills, since they're connected to the FT career skills (they repair specific facings).

I should note that the 90% number is not something we've measured on Pirates. It's the number that comes up in every community panel at every game industry conference since UO launched. The actual number almost certainly varies game to game.
