Do not discuss Exploits
Exploits in Pirates of the Burning Sea should be reported via the Support Website not the forums

This means if you feel there is an exploit, you do not bring it to the forums. Please file a support ticket and work with the Support team. Bringing it to the forums is also covered here:

No Flaming
While debate and discussion are encouraged, we will not tolerate rude or insulting posts, personal attacks or inflammatory posts of any kind.

No Trolling
Posting in a thread for the sole purpose of harassing a user or derailing / hijacking a thread topic is not allowed.

Why don't you file an appeal? That's the best thing to do if a submission is rejected and you're not entirely certain why. It ensures the entire 2DSC reviews the case and comes to a common decision.

When you submit User Content, there should be a couple radio-button options to let you select "In Voting" or "In Review." This is on the page that you select whether it's a flag or sail, enter the name for your submission, and pick the file to upload. It's right above "Read Before Submitting."

...or if not, it means there must be some errant bit of code that's hiding the buttons from everyone but Admins, in which case I need to sic ktatroe on it. If that's the case please post a screen shot of what your "Submit" page looks like.
