Hey gang,

If you're having issues with the server, please file support tickets with as much information as possible. This is truly the best way for the team that handles the servers and technical stuff to see that there is a problem.

We do have a forum for Known Issues / Troubleshooting so that's a good place to check to see if others are experiencing the same issues and it might be a problem.

Also, keep an eye out on the Important Announcements forum in case the team posts about a known outage or important data.

Hey folks?

If there are issues, we need to know about them. The folks who track server issues, client issues and such watch this section. If a lot of folks are experiencing the same issue, we want them to see and folks to submit tickets on it.

That's why we move them all to one area.

I agree. If you're using their beta launcher, it's best to discuss your issues with it over on their site. I'm sure they'd like to catch all the issues folks are having with it.

Whilst we've tried to put this back on a constructive tone, it is apparent that it won't stay that way.

It is okay to be unhappy. It is okay to disagree. It is okay to discuss the game, the community and your experience. These things are all fine for our forums as long as all posters are following the PotBS Forum Rules & Expectations.

I'd recommend starting a new thread sans the flaming if folks really want to discuss the status of the game and their issues.

Please file a support ticket whenever you see this in the game. You can do so by typing /support whilst in-game to bring up the support site. If you're not in the game at the time (like while you're on the forum writing this), you can just click on "Support" in the upper right corner of this site or click directly on http://support.flyinglab.com

Also, I can't find it now, but one of our Beta testers reminded me that we used to have one thread we updated whenever we updated Testbed. Subscribing to that thread got you email notification of an update. So I've made a thread for that and suggest subscribing to it.
