Try this:

Open the task manager and make sure potbs.exe is not still running. If it is then you should kill the process.

You'd think, but the server team isn't always reading the forum 24/7. Also, it helps narrow down what the exact issue is.

You are one smart cookie, Cazero. Here's a suggestion- if you feel as though what you are going to post might warrant a warning of some kind, don't post it.

In game problems are us, not Sony. If you can't move on the open sea or ship combat then you are most likely experiencing extreme packet loss. In most cases this is because a software firewall or router is blocking UDP packets. Try the solution below and also try playing with firewalls disabled and without a router to see if performance improves.
