1 in thread status of wrong npc ships in OS combat bug? [Ask an FLS Developer!]
It's fixed in 1.1, which is coming very soon.
Rev
All support is handled by FLS.

Response time varies depending on the severity of the issue. Players who are stuck in a mission, for example, generally get assistance within an hour or two. Ordinary bug reports take much longer since they aren't as high priority.

I'll ask our GM manager to take a look at this thread and see if she can set expectations.

Sounds bugged to me. We're going to do a clothing award review shortly to find remaining cases like this.

1 in thread Missions... [Ask an FLS Developer!]
The changes to mission difficulty were entirely limited to the first three towns in the game, which means missions from levels 1-15. We didn't do anything to missions above level 15. So no, they shouldn't be any harder now than they were in late closed beta or open beta. Of course, tuning on ships and skills, etc. is ongoing and it may be that the stuff you were playing with at that time has changed since then, but there was definitely not any kind of a mission difficulty pass above level 15.

I've moved this thread to the swashbuckling forum so we can take a look at it here.

Sadly, no.

1 in thread refund :( [Known Issues / Troubleshooting]
Sorry about that. The digital download stuff is separate from us, so we can't offer a refund, but I'm sorry that you wound up with a game that can't run on your laptop. I was just saying on another thread it'd be nice if, as an industry, we had a better way of letting people know what their hardware would support.

1 in thread Peg Legs and Pegged CPUS??? [Known Issues / Troubleshooting]
Check the end of your most recent game log after a crash and see if there's an ERROR right before you crashed. If so, log a support incident and include that log. But the best way to get us the info we need to track it down and fix it is to send in those reports to Microsoft. We get that info periodically and can sometimes tell from that how to fix it. We prioritize the reports based on how many folks hit it (and whether or not it's a crash on shutdown) so if you're the only one seeing it, it might take us a bit. But we are working on these issues so hopefully an upcoming bug fix patch will help... Thanks!

1 in thread Since there's no other support... [Known Issues / Troubleshooting]
Basically, it requires rewriting all of our shaders to try and drop below the equivalent of a 5700. WoW was designed from the beginning to run on a wider range of hardware, and had the development team size to support it (and the Mac). Of course it's something we would have liked to have done, but it's a huge amount of work, and really is only for laptop users. Everybody else can throw a pretty cheap card into their PC and get it to work.

I'm sorry it doesn't run on your laptop, and I apologize that the industry makes it so hard to figure out what will and won't run on your equipment.
