Hi Killercod,

The symptoms sound like packets being dropped, though with the other games running, that seems less likely. Are you connecting through a router, or directly through the cable modem?

You can always buy a copy of a flag or sail from someone else in-game, if you can find and trade with them. It's up to them to set the price and agree to the trade, of course.

You cannot buy others' flags from the customisation vendor, however.

Nor can you copy someone else's work and resubmit it -- that's against the community rules and will result in disciplinary measures. Unfortunately, some people have been learning this one the hard way of late -- not that I expect you were heading down that road Paggemundo I mention it for completeness' sake.

I personally don't approve reimbursements. I run the operations department which is responsible for the servers and working with DevCo on diagnosing and deploying fixes.

Without disclosing details, I don't think it's a waste of time to file a support ticket for rollback related losses. That's about all I can say about it.
