According to the Intel website it does not appear that this chipset supports pixel shader 2.0.

If you're seeing sails switch directions in-game based on the wind, please, PLEASE submit a bug report with lots of good screenies. That is definitely odd behavior and needs to be looked into!

Feathers in hats
More choice of scarfs
More diffrent patterned vests, shirts

I'm putting pressure on Ken to get thigh high boots and the navy gaiters in for Avatars. There are feathers, but they are quest rewards and you have to find them.

1 in thread My mistake with sails text. [Flags and Sails]
Sail decals should be submitted with text reading "forwards."

If you find a ship that's displaying a sail backwards, please file a support request and be specific about what class of ship you're using.

1 in thread PotBS API/SDKs? [Ideas for the Future]
We have a number of ideas in progress right now, with plans to open up as much as possible through a web service. In the near future, we will have a server status, NvN status, and port contention status tools available, with more coming down the pipe with future updates.

That said, influence us by keeping up the great ideas as to what you want to see!

1 in thread The 5,000 unrest cut off point - Bugged [Known Issues / Troubleshooting]
As devs and GMs are looking into this matter, as this discussion is getting increasingly heated, and as community discussion isn't going to change anyone's actions, I'm closing this thread at least temporarily.

Also as a reminder, THE correct place to report suspected exploits is via the support system.

As I understand your intent: You want a sail with a blue and white checker. Blue in top left and lower right, white in top right and lower left.

The best way to make your design is to make top left and lower right with a blue background up to 40-50% opaque. Top right and lower left would be without a background. The sail is colored blue in-game, beneath your decal.

Why this works better: The default sail is white, but fully textured. Layering white color on top of it only makes the texture harder to see. If you put a very transparent (40-50% opaque) background on the area you want colored, however, you will see the color as well as the sail background. You will not need to color your sail.

Does this make sense?

Empty server list for the first three tries.
Finally got into antigua, created a character, and made it through the tutorial with only one boot.
Got booted four or five times just trying to talk to the harbormaster. Finally got my first mission from him, then walking around town is close to impossible, due to rubberbanding.
I felt like that Monty Python episode where Michael Palin explains about deja-vu on the program "It's the Mind". Finally got to where I could walk around, and then it took up to two minutes to enter a building.

I'm not really sure what's going on, does anyone have any ideas?
I am behind a Linksys wireless-G broadband router, model wrt54g.
I have seen messages about 'opening ports', but I have no trouble with WoW, or any other applications. I'm pretty sure it's not my end, but thought I'd ask.
I'd really like to enjoy this game, but after trying all day, it's starting to feel like I made a 50 dollar mistake.
I actually had that same router. And had the same issues. Try plugging in direct and bypassing the router. I've since replaced mine and have no more issues!
