It is very pressing - I'm just not managing to make this happen to my own character. Have you been pressing the 'send to microsoft' button? We can try to find your dump file with that. Alternately, we can try to get a dump directly from you (this would be faster). They can usually be found here. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson\user.dmp. You can also run drwtsn32 (from the command line) to turn them on and do some configuration and stuff.

I read your posts carefully and looked over the mission files. I don't have enough information to tell you exactly what happened, but I suspect there was a hiccup in the mission server.

More unfortunately, you've discovered an edge case where you can cancel a mission you're not going to be able to get back. I've already made changes to prevent this, but you're in the unenviable position of guinea pig. At this point, you will have to get a GM to manually add the mission "Road Scholar" to your character.

WoW only uses TCP for game traffic.

(Maybe try blaming the ganking on your ISP? )

We don't have a list at this time. It's hard to get an exact list, because it depends on not only the router and the firmware, but also the revision of that model of router in some cases.

In general, we've seen a lot of people have problems with Linksys routers. For a number of them, upgrading to the latest firmware has helped.

The other question I have to ask is about the European support. I believe they actually work for another company not FLS or Sony.
We do ban the account so they can't create any more characters or log back in. And then we have SOE ban the account at their level. And we're having SOE investigate whether they're using stolen credit cards or what.

As for EU support and such, we haven't discussed much about the fact that some of the support is not local because in the end we at FLS are responsible. You should not notice a difference between support reps except that some can answer your questions when you pose them in French, Spanish, or German and others cannot.
