The problem w/ HyperMemory/TurboCache that we had during Beta, I believe we fixed in 1.0.35.0.

Getting back on topic... Yes, Yann, you are correct. Partial deliveries in general are problematic in this build. Don't do it. When we have a build where it works, we'll post that info in the Release Notes of that build.

You'll need to use something other than Paint, since it doesn't support alpha channels (which is how we get transparencies in User Content). That, or make a request here for someone to help you realise your design.

Dates of service, size and armament, rigging, structure... everything. Where a ship is a little out of period but we think a few easy tweaks can bring her close enough to what we're looking for, we'll recommend those changes. The Vasa would require too many structural changes, however, and she'd end up looking almost nothing like the historic Vasa.
