It may take time to fix, but from some of our perspectives nothing it getting done. It doesn't take weeks to make a post telling us what is going on. I wish some of these staff would stop reading our posts and take that time to upload some of the content.

While we've tried to keep people updated throughout the process, I agree- we have to do a better job communicating what is going on behind the scenes with our User Content improvements.
It isn't that we aren't working on solutions; the challenge here is that we are so focused on the solutions that the communication of our plans suffered, and for that I apologize.
First, let me say that we will be coordinating approvals this week, starting on Wednesday. The team is in place, and we will be doing some final training tomorrow in order to prepare everyone for Wednesday's approvals.
Second, Marion is working on the final draft of her Devlog that explains the pending improvements to our User Content program. It is a massive overhaul that will change the manner in which we do everything, from voting to commenting. We are waiting for some final input from our Steering Committee members, and anticipate publishing Marion's Devlog to coincide with Wednesday's approvals.
Again, my sincerest apologies for the delay in communicating this process- the User Content program truly is a cornerstone feature for Pirates of the Burning Sea, and we have allocated the resources required to make sure the program is operating at the highest level of quality.
Best,
Aether
