You are absolutely right on the first point. As for our threatened fix to the problem, we will share something with our community before we make any sweeping changes. Look for that information in our "In Concept" forum- and I'll update this thread with any new posts to that effect.

We just enabled a Devtrack feature on our site, that while not as good as the Coldfront resource, does give you another avenue for tracking Developer posts to our forums.

Feel free to let us know when you feel like we've made a mistake. That being said, it is incumbent on you to make sure that you aren't crossing the line between constructive criticism or sharing your displeasure, and being outright abusive.

It isn't as fine a line as you would think. Seriously, let us know when you are upset and give us the reasons why, just leave our mothers out of it.

Or better late than never? I know this was a frustrating situation for folks, and for that I can only apologize. The decision to turn off the mission was made in order to assess the potential damage.

Will we do something like that again? Potentially- but the lesson we've learned is that communication is key. We'll work to be more proactive with our information sharing when we are required to make these kinds of decisions in the future.

When a loophole was reported in this particular mission type, we deactivated Urgent Fury in order to give us time to investigate the potential for abuse and the long-term negative impact introduced by allowing this glitch to stand.

Members of the Community Team, Design, Development and Customer Service met to discuss this issue today, and it was decided that we would reinstate Urgent Fury for the time being while we work for a more stable and lasting fix to the general issue. The mission in question should be reactivated across all of our game servers now.

We want to thank everyone for their patience, and we will endeavor to share as much information as we can as we develop a true remedy to the problem.
