I missed this line before. Like a dial-up modem on the phone line? Oour min spec does include "broadband internet connection". I wouldn't be surprised at all to see unbearable lag on a modem. I also wouldn't be surprised to see it work just fine, but we have officially disclaimed support for dial-up connections -- since the beginning.

There are a bunch of different issues posted to this thread. Note that I'm talking about rubber-banding lag, reports of tcp fallback, and subsequent disconnection. To the best of our knowledge, these problems can always be tracked down to problems with network configuration: on your machine, in your local network, or from your ISP. A few people are reporting that our KB answer doesn't help so I'm looking for other common threads.
Note that the first and best approach is to file a support request "Unable to login".

I don't see a support request from you in our system. Was this SOE support? They only cover installation, patching, account and billing issues. Once you see the Flying Lab logo, that's our territory. Please file a support request with us.
