There's no difference in the damage you deal directly to structure if there's no armor left on any facing. Stern armor is weaker, has less DR and is vulnerable to specific skills - like disable rudder.

That's not currently feasible. The expectation that you always have a ship is too deeply rooted into the game's structure, and changing that would be a nightmare.

It's entirely possible that many (or maybe even all) of the items are out of line because they weren't in the normal outfitting tuning passes. Make a list of the items in question and I'll look into them when I have the time.

General outfitting isn't really intended to be a market. It's more of a spot for us to give out rewards, but those still need to fall within a reasonable range since they apply to all ship sizes.

Having a full set of PvP zones active naturally improves solo PvP. It means there's more leg room, as it takes lots of players to have fleets in every zone.

The flickery ocean, is where large squares of the ocean don't end up drawing on the screen.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by stuttery ocean, but if your ship jumps around a bunch that's probably caused by network issue or a heavily loaded server. If your whole client hangs, and you can't do anything at all, check your windows event log - is there any explanation in there?

From your mouth to Dev's ear. For some technical reasons, this is stupidly difficult. The bug in our database to change the behavior is titled, "Players punished for being good citizens." It was opened September 1, 2006 - not very long after we implemented the survey system.

Rev suggested a work-around: drag the survey off the screen until you've sunk all enemies. That only works out if you weren't so badly damaged during the mission that you can succeed at that.

That depends on whether you're comfortable posting the information here. If you are, it's easier for me to access it here than it is in a ticket.

We have an idea of what might be happening, but to investigate it further we'll need to take a look at characters in game. I might be trying to arrange that soon.
