We have tools going into 1.2 that will help with the issue. We're also looking at the possibility of doing character migrations in 1.3. On the other hand, we're also continuing to sell more copies every day, and we seem to have finally caught up with lower percentage play time versus additional users. This happened as of Monday, so we're watching fairly closely.

And we're also looking into what's going on with Spain, where the game has essentially not launched yet (leaving Bellamy in a lurch).

As for the "lie", we had an estimate from the service of how long it would take to replace the breaker. When they removed it, it snapped the panel in half. Doh! So, clearly it took longer to replace than had been anticipated.

As a general rule, variants are downhill from the base ships. Changes to the base ships impact the variants.
