I'm unable to reproduce this problem, so I'll need a little more info from you guys to figure out why this is happening.

First of all -- what nation are you playing? I'm curious to know if it's only happening to one nation.

Second -- Your sidekick is part of the conversation. If he fails to follow you over to Cray for whatever reason, then it might appear that the dialog has come to an end, when really it's just that your sidekick has the next line. Are all 3 of you in the same spot?

1. If your account shows as banned, please file a support ticket. Please include all details (time/date and such) to make it easier to research.

2. If you're having issues with the forums only, please do the same thing. We're currently researching that issue and have another thread for it already.

Since there isn't an actual question here for "Ask an FLS Developer" and it's way more about forum PVP, we'll just close this out.

If y'all would like to *discuss* something, I'd recommend the Discuss: Topic forums as the Developers do read and respond to them. If you have suggestions, I'd recommend the Community Suggestions.

If you want to debate each other's commentary, I'd recommend reading the PotBS Community Rules, specifically these:

Posting in a thread for the sole purpose of harassing a user or derailing / hijacking a thread topic is not allowed.

Do not discuss Exploits
Exploits in Pirates of the Burning Sea should be reported via the Support Website not the forums.

I didn't get any reply after that even if I updated the ticket on 03/14/2008 01:39 PM when my sails have gone. Attached screenshots too.
Those are two entirely different issues. The "backwards sails" are a problem with the ship models themselves For new problems it's best to make a new bug report rather than "update" an old one.

You're in it. You just have to be patient; I see you're posting during the late night hours and on weekends. (FLS is based in Seattle) Most folks are either asleep or they're busy out and about. Same goes for the players; our forums are a bit slower on the weekend whilst folks are all gaming or playing in real life.

I'm trying to beat the war drum a little more loudly for you folks, but I can't seem to find any ticket numbers for the "no smoking sign" issue. Can someone help me out and post their ticket? (I don't need every one under the sun, just 1-2.)
