As Anna suggests, the best -- and only -- place to have a flag or sail re-reviewed is the appeals sticky.

Now that the transfers are up and running a bunch of us are headed to bed. If you have any problems at all transferring your character please file a support ticket and the GMs will wake us back up. So far it all looks good though.

We're in the middle of the server restarts to bring transfer online. The GMs are just running through the final tests now so it shouldn't be much longer.
