I understand your concerns.
a) consolidation really doesn't increase the spamming, because the spamming per se is usually done in an automated way.
b) It'll change the time to load into a port (as we'll have more people walking around) but at the same time we're doing this, we're dramatically reducing the overhead of our ships. It should be a balance or a net gain. Some people associate any perceived lag with server lag, but in truth, we wouldn't be doing this if we didn't have empirical data that the servers could handle it.
c) We're making some changes to the red circles (that we talked about last week, and more this week) to have them more around more, so they won't be as problematic for PvE players to run missions. Also, I'm hoping that with sufficient density of players, we'll start getting more convoy action going.
d) See answer C about moving the red circles around.
