24 entered battle, 5 were kicked out immediatelly back to their ports of origin.
The name of the port being attacked and the time of its occurence should have been enough to figure out which map had been used.

You're correct in that the name of the port and the time should have been enough for us to did into this. My best guess as to what happened is that you closed the issue (since you didn't have logs that would help us) which automatically sets it to solved, and when we saw it as solved, didn't follow up on it. If the other people didn't get around to submitting new tickets, this might have been why we lost it.
I'm letting people know that in situations like this we need to keep the bug alive.
