None of these stack in the way you're describing in your post. Cut Shroud is just like all the other speed debuffs - it can't be applied. Unleash the Hounds can be added like the special speed debuffs (Crippling Broadside), but it can't stack with itself. The only skills that can stack with themselves are the Battle Doctrine-like buffs that give 1-2% to different stats.

Sorry, missed this. Do you have a ticket number for the invite bug you're referring to? Joe mentioned that he heard something about this during a dev chat last week, but I'd like more detailed information to follow up on.

Since everybody pays us equally, we're not terribly inclined to pick favorites. What would be more productive is if you contact Aether and give him support issues if you think there's a problem with your issues getting addressed. Sometimes things fall through the cracks, but talking to us about it with support ticket numbers helps us make sure that nothing wacky is going on with your support requests.

Yes, that would do it too. The problem is with having too many ships sitting right outside the door. If you went out in groups of 6 and then moved off the spawn point you would avoid this issue.

I assume its just stacks with others in the provision chain, but wanted to make sure
It's used two separate ways. With provisions, it means the latter (you can have multiple types of provisions up). The only ones that stack with themselves (multiple copies of the same skill) are the small buffs like Battle Doctrine.

We've been investigating the problem with people getting kicked out of port battles this morning, and have learned a few things:
1) This only happens on the middle attacker door in the Wild Keys room. We tested every other door in every room and they all have room for 24 104s (or more).
2) The first 11 players out the door are able to spawn without any problem. Depending on what ships they're in, it could be more than 11 that make it into the ship room. This is coming up more now because of increased populations thanks to the character transfers.
3) It's not entirely clear, but this might be a bug that's been around since at least October. There was a change to this room in 1.3, but it didn't change the nav mesh, which is what was having the problem.
4) The specific problem was that the navigation mesh in Wild Keys isn't contiguous for the parts of the room outside the islands themselves. This doesn't matter when you're sailing and fighting, but our spawn code checks the nav mesh first when it figures out where to put you. When the spawning code can't find a place to put someone it falls back to their previous zone, which is why you ended up in whatever town you were in before the battle.

We have the room fixed and will be pushing it out in 1.4. In the meantime, we will be turning off the Wild Keys battle room with our next live push. It's not clear if that's tonight or tomorrow night yet, but it will be very soon.

I'm sorry this happened during such a epic battle.

Holy moley!!

This thread was awesome like...a while ago. Now, not so much. Since it would take the entire day of the entire mod team to clean it up, we'll just let it go to sleep on its own.
