This has been discussed for a very long time between the players and developers. You can even offer your suggestions in the forum sections "Ideas for the Future" and "The Playability Lab".

Open a support ticket. It would be interesting to see a client log from when you have this problem (they are in "My Documents\Pirates of the Burning Sea\log")

Hi, I知 fraxl, the user experience researcher at FLS. My job is to learn and understand how you play Pirates of the Burning Sea and how your experience playing can be improved. There are a lot of ways to get this kind of information and I知 hoping that this forum will be one of them. We池e going to try it for a while and see how it works out.

What you値l see in this forum is posts made by me about specific topics. Sometimes the post will be a poll for you to answer. Other times I値l ask direct questions and wait for your insightful replies. I might also post tasks for you to do in game, with the hope that you値l come back and comment on how the task went for you. All of these things will be validated against the other data collection we do, such as focus groups, live tests, in-game metrics, etc.

While we will review all the ideas you post here, final decisions about features depend on many things, both internal and external. Posting here does not guarantee your idea will make it into the game, but it will give us something to think about as we make improvements.

So, we池e listening. Be creative, be constructive, be on topic and be nice

We've got three different kinds of maps in the game:

world map - 'M' hot key
mini map - in the compass
local map - 'L' hot key

Soon we'll be looking to improve these. What suggestions do you have for us to consider?
