Yes. In fact, that's the entire purpose of the skill. It's hardly useful below 50, but it's quite important at 50.

HEY I love pink floofy things!! My love of violent video games and football cancels out the super girliness and makes me neutral though ;D

And not just Hello Kitty Online or Barbie Make-up Simulator, or whatever. I mean in-depth games with the tech and graphics focus of Assassin's Creed... and yet not with an entirely gender-neutral audience in mind. Pirates is a great example of a gender-neutral game, but I think putting money into a big project specifically geared to women would be very rewarding.

1 in thread Server downtime needs to be rotational [Ask an FLS Developer!]
Our maintenance times are set based on hard data. They, simply put, are the times that affect the fewest players (ie, the valley in our concurrency charts).

The telstra servers use different infrastructure pieces, so they will have a different maintenance time, based on the concurrency chart for those servers.

Believe me, I'd much rather not do maintenance in the middle of the night, but we do it because it affects the fewest players, so if I suffer, such is life. Now overtime....That would be nice, maybe Rusty will read this

I've been gaming since I was little (mostly PC games) and it's refreshing that gamer culture is becoming more accessible for women. Tech club in high school and then the animation program at art school prepared me to be in the minority, but that's shifting with both players and developers. I would like to see more games made specifically to appeal to women, not completely separated as their own "sub-female-gaming-culture", but integrated into the game world.

Yes. Yes, that would be awesome.

Not sure exactly where they're taking me next, but Aether is scheduling conventions right now... with arrangements for GenCon and PAX again, woo! He'll make announcements about it soon. Europe indeed would be awesome. *hint hint*
