See my response below about the forum. For the game, are you using the SOE launcher or the Bigpond launcher? If you are using the BP launcher and still can't see it, please file a support ticket.

Are you using your SOE log in? If so, you can't post to that section. YOu'll ahve to use the Bigpond login. Make sure you've logged out completely with your SOE account, cleared your cache and such and then log in fresh with your Bigpond account.

If that doesn't work, please file a support ticket.

Since this isn't about installer issues (as you already have the game installed), I've moved ti to Known Issues / Troubleshooting for assistance.

They need to create a station account and apply the key to their subscription. If you get stuck, please contact SOE support to help you with the account.

You need to contact SOE about their billing system to find out why it isn't working. They handle all billing issues; we don't have access to see why your subscription isn't renewing.
