I've applied the same changes to Kidd and Morgan that I tested on Rackham last night. They seemed to work on Rackham ... how are Kidd and Morgan looking now?

I was poking through reading the thread backwards (I often do this), and reread this post. I think you might misunderstand where I'm coming from. We're taking action now (that was my comment about placing our bets). I think I know what Australia is going to show us, and I want to get the necessary pieces in place.

Zero. They're on their own servers.

Right now, we're seeing lower concurrency, but the customer base is still fine. I'd rather get out ahead and fix the server pop before I wake up one day to see things not so fine.

I'm going to go with the "on drugs". Specifically, oxycodone.

We're agreeing upon the too light problem, I just have different numbers.

We shouldn't be affected by having a 2 mb vs. an 8 mb line. We're using like 800 bytes to 4k a second, depending upon the situation.

I am surprised that you'd be having problems with Roberts, we haven't seen any issues with it. Where are you playing from?
