Friend, it is standard practice to provide as much information as you possibly can in a support ticket. So, as much as you possibly can, do so. The fact that this is a monumental hassle for you is not lost on us, and we truly regret that you are forced to deal with this in the first place.
So file a support ticket, let us know what happened to the best of your ability, and we will work hard to help you sort out the rest.
