The spider web should be fine so long as it doesn't get cut off by the edges of the sail -- which is currently happening.

There seems to be a lot of aliasing on the white version, though. It's best to work at least twice the finished size of your decal, or even larger, unless you're comfortable using vector tools in your graphics program of choice.

I hear what you're saying about the rewards... we're always watching how players use them so that we can think about it as we make changes. The relative value of the different rewards changes, however, because of the way the economy works, so we dont want to over-manage it. We will be adding new rewards in the upcoming patches to add more variety and balance, though, so watch for those.

Lots of these chat focus bugs were fixed in the 1.3 patch, which will be coming Very Soon to a patcher near you! :-)

The changes are specifically for the speed dynamic in group buffs. There are more group buffs in 1.4 than there are in the live build.

Clearly you are frustrated, and I can understand that. I'd like to talk to you personally about this issue so that you can understand why your design will not be accepted as a submission, no matter how many times you choose to submit it.
