If you've followed the suggestions in Answer 36 (all of them) and they've given no relief, please file a support request.

One thing that would really help us out is if you can PM the URL where you're getting the error to me. I'm trying to gather as much info as I can on the accounts it's not working on, and the URL gives me a lot of info to absorb, digest, and dig through.

Please file a support ticket. Include your PotBS logs from My Documents\Pirates of the Burning Sea\log, the ones from the sessions where the problems occurred.

Oh and before any armchair tech. support people jump in, yes, cookies are clear. SSL 2.0 and 3.0 are enabled, even TLS 3.0 is enabled. Site is added to trusted sites etc. Not connected through router and site is not able to be accessed either with f/w on or off. ;-p

Edit P.S.: One interesting thing. I can access the support site while not logged in (ie: the Faq page of the site) if someone links to it. This is on multiple pc's from multiple locations. However when i attempt to log in then i get the internal 500 error, so the issue seems to be tied to the Sony Station accounts. Hope this helps.
This is an issue with RightNow. I'll add your report to our list, the more ammo we have the more likely they are to fix this problem soon. I know it's super frustrating for you -- it is for us too. Have you tried accessing from a different browser: e.g. Firefox if you're using IE; IE if you're using Firefox?

That means you're on the testbed build. You've either added /testserver to your shortcut, or you're running TestPotBS.exe instead of PlayPotBS.exe. If neither of these are true, please file a support request. Include your PotBSPatch.log files, and the command line & working directory fields from the shortcut you're using.

And then what happened? Will it run in full screen if you start the client back up?

Sony's authentication server burped for a few minutes, but it's cleared up now. I'm working on finding out what the root cause was so hopefully we can ensure it doesn't happen again.
