Sorry about turning it off there for a bit. Someone reported losing data in a transfer which is our worst nightmare. So we turned it off while we researched. We were able to recover his character and figure out what was going on there.

Approved UC went live to the game as of this past Monday. If you're not seeing an approved flag or sail at the appropriate vendor, please file a support request.

I know my intent as a shipwright was that El Drag?hould have two flags, but once a ship is out of the community's hands graphic glitches should be brought up in the "Discuss: Graphics and Sound" forum and via a support request.

That said, I'll check with our in-house ship artist regarding El Drag?s deficiency. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

My recommendation would be to reopen the ticket with as much information as you can provide and escalate it if you wish.

Yes, you would still need to purchase the game if you decided to play past the free time.

I'm told that, in 1.4.29.0 (not sure about 1.4.28.0), he's in the Tradehouse room (the Freetrader career clubhouse).
