If you feel you have been griefed or there has been cheating/hax/exploits, you need to file a support ticket. You shouldn't be slugging it out on the forums.

You probably used it successfully, but didn't set up the subscription correctly? Since you can post to other areas of the forum, I'm assume you got it sorted?

The pre-order box did not have the game in side. It had a music CD and some codes to allow you to play during the pre-order period and get some spiffy gifts.

During the pre-order period, everyone had to download the game from us and then they could use the codes to play during the two week preorder (head start on the servers). Once the game went live, you had to buy the retail box or purchase the digital download.

You didn't have to reinstall; you could just patch your pre-order version to the live version (that's probably what he did; paid for the full version and then continued to use the same install he downloaded during pre-order).

You still have to purchase the retail box or digital download to continue playing. Everyone does.

I'm sorry if the ebay seller misinformed you. You did not buy a copy of the game from him.

Whatever you paid him for? It wasn't the game. It was pre-order early access (which was selling at Gamestop for $5.00).

Figurehead is certainly coming along nicely now -- good job! Great work on the knights at stern as well.

For the putti above the knights, you might consider how likely it is that the planking would be cut through to extract them, vs. just knocking them off with a few well-placed blows with hammer and chisel. If they do come with planking involved, is that planking actually vertically-oriented? Except for the stern under the counter, most of the planking of a ship would be laid horizontally.
