1. Are you patching with the Launchpad, Station Launcher Beta, or GameArena patcher?
2. What is your Operating System?
3. Internet connection (dial up, cable, DSL, other)
4. File or files that are having problems patching
5. Does the patcher let you play the game?
6. Are there any pigg errors in the client logs?
7. If you are using Launchpad/Station Launcher, include POTBSPatch.log in either a support ticket or as a forum file attachment
8. Support ticket incident number if applicable
9. What is your general geographical location?
