The video card companies are always trying to make changes to their drivers to improve performance and fix problems. They make what they believe are non-destructive improvements, but then they roll it out and it creates issues with some games. What we believe we're seeing here is a combination of us fixing an anti-aliasing problem (it was sometimes not being set correctly to on) and Nvidia rolling out new drivers with an issue in how they do antialiasing.
Repro was kind of a nightmare for a while, though, as pretty much everybody in the company has a dual monitor set up, and that gets rid of the problem.

All reflections and graphics are set at default and I no longer have any issues. Read around the EQ forums for drivers for your particular cards. My bet is if they work for EQ they will work on PoTBS. GL
