Not bad! Looks like you're almost there. I think two tweaks to your rigging will let you consider it "done:"
1) The fore set of main shrouds still seems a little unbalanced, as if something was pulling the upper block forward. Probably the best way to get everything positioned is to use some temporary lines as a guide. You have the two hook-points defined on the gunwales; run a line from the top of the mast to the exact midpoint between the two hooks. The upper block (and the very upper part of the shroud) should be on that line. (That said, we might end up leaving a small detail like this as "extra credit" in a final review.)
2) Keep in mind that the yards should have at most 1/3 in front, and at least 2/3 behind the mast. In a real lugger rig, that makes it easier to avoid catching the stays when dipping the yard around the mast.
