Sorry, we got into a backlog of support issues because of the gold farmers. We've brought aboard more staff, and we're catching up on support requests, but if you weren't facing a problem that was stopping you from playing, you're lower on the support queue.

Hi Francis,

Can you log a support request if it really is taking that much time? Most people get fast downloads, but we have a number of players who are getting it very slowly, and we'd like to get to the bottom of it.

No, it won't. We need pixelshader 2.0, and the 4s don't have them.

No, it's not the servers. 1) We didn't buy cheap ones and 2) they're not overloaded.

Here's a test: Play on one of the less populated servers and see if you get the same lag. If you are, I'd like to know about it. Well, heck, I'd like to know either way so we can diagnose the problem either on your end or our end.

Boy, I see no hint of what video card this is from this thread. It's baffling me.

Daagda, the 1.1 patch has fixes for a number of crash to desktops that have been reported to us via the Windows crash reporter. It'll be deployed the Tuesday after this coming one.

Can you take you router out of the line and see if you still have the same problem? I had an old Dlink a year ago that despite putting my PC in the DMZ, still filtered incoming traffic.
