I touched on this on your original post in the correct section for account issues.

If you're activating YOUR account from the buddy key, you just need to pay for the game and start your subscription. Unless you bought an actual game card, you'll need to choose one of the monthly payment types.

Choose 1 month plan to start, enter your credit/debit/whatever payment method. It will then set up billing and you can play for 30 days before it will bill said payment method.

If you have a station access pass, you simply need to buy the game and activate the subscription in the SOE billing site. This would be my recommendation.

You can talk to SOE's billing support to see if they can merge together your trial account and your station access account so you don't lose anything you did in the 14 day trial.

Station access does not give you free games; it is simply the way of paying one subscription for all of the games available in Station Access. You still have to pay for each individual game you would like to play.

Sounds like you've got quite the pickle here.

First, it is against the ToS/EULA to sell your account. If someone sold you the game and their account, they're in violation of these agreements.

The first 30 days is not a trial; it is a free 30 days before your subscription is billed. This means you can play the game for 30 days before charged. You can cancel that at anytime without being charged a subscription.

A buddy key is only valid for NEW accounts. You cannot apply it to a current account, whether it is active or not. You cannot renew the account you bought from someone else. You are required to buy the game yourself and set up your own subscription.

My recommendation is to see if Play.com can do anything to you about the seller and your purchase and simply buy the game on your own.

If you would like to use a buddy key, please create a brand new account of your own and apply the buddy key. After the 14 days is up, you will need to buy the game and set up a subscription to continue play.
