Yah, you'll want to talk to SOE billing support. They should be able to sort you out properly.

You're getting good advice

Merged a couple threads into one which you can use for working up these and any additional flags and sails you're like to make for PotBS. Happy drawing!

1 in thread Testbed Tournament Results! [News and Press Releases]
The PvP tournament on Testbed this Saturday was a roaring success, thanks in most part to the planning and dedication of Kashka_Coolwater, who was helped out by members of The Boarding Party.

The winners were:

1st Place: Garbad The Weak
2nd Place : Craig Hustler
3rd Place: Calico Jane

4th, 5th, 6th and 7th places went to Nattalia Le Roche, Klaste, Tenumen, and The Rooster respectively.

Below is Kashka’s account of this fun-filled event:

The Testbed server PvP Tournament was held Saturday May 24th, 2008. Held in Irish Point, thirty-four participants crammed the docks to receive their skill points and inventory from FLS staff, fraxl and Rhaegar. Participants were able to try out the new skill sets, including the new Buccaneer class, as well as try out new ships for the upcoming 1.4 patch. POTBS Boarding party members were on hand to help players find their opponents and bridge the barrier of national chats.

Round one kicked off the tournament with 17 separate battles. Ventrilo was abuzz as the competitors discovered how to use their new skill sets and fight their new opponents. Enthusiasm ran high as the rounds continued and players worked their way through the double elimination brackets. Many players were heard remarking how they really enjoyed the competition and it got their adrenaline pumping. One player noted that even though he had lost the battle, it was one of the best one on one PvP fights he had experienced in Pirates of the Burning Sea.

Players who had been eliminated often continued to participate by challenging each other to ad-hoc ship duels. In the end, 65 battles determined the finalists for the tournament. Garbad_the_Weak won the tournament, remaining the only undefeated player. The winning class was a Privateer, sailing an Intrepid. The tournament was lauded as a success by the players, with many of them commenting how they would love to see this happen on a more frequent basis. Many felt that it was great to be able to get to spend time in chat and fight outside of the normal game parameters. One player noted, It is really nice to be able to spend time with someone who is normally my enemy in game or who I only read forum posts about. This takes away the anonymity and its nice to feel more like a broader community.

We don't always agree with you, but were all grateful you have the balls to keep coming on and trying to make us understand your point of view.
I'm off to China tomorrow (whee!) but in the meantime, keep an eye out for the devlogs this week from Joe or Isildur on the subject of combat on the Open Sea.

1 in thread help why the whole caribbean have my flag [Flags and Sails]
If you think others are using your flag in-game without your permission, you need to document it in a support request. Include several screen shots of your content and the others' along with their character names, server, your current DXDiag.txt, any chat logs regarding your flag(s), etc.

Since any follow-up needs to take place via the support system, I'm closing this thread.
