I can't imagine why you can't log a support request. You're logged in to our website, right? (Top right of burningsea.com shows "Logged in as Jack William Turner".) And then you click on Support and it shows "Logged in as: Jack William Turner <Station name>," right? So then what happens when you click on Report an Issue? Do you get an error or...?
P.S. Meanwhile, we're taking steps to restore your characters. They may or may not be available to you when you read this. I'll post again when I know more but let us know if you see the issue as resolved.
